Why We Started NXGGG
We started this company because we saw the same problem from two different sides of the table.
One of us spent years leading complex technology transformations—ERP overhauls, AI strategy rollouts, supply chain modernizations, digital commerce reinventions—only to watch promising initiatives falter. Not because the project teams lacked skill or dedication, but because they didn’t have the authority—or the enterprise-wide insight—to make decisions that touched policy, structure, or operating models. And the board, too often, wasn’t equipped to step in where it mattered most.
The other built a career placing senior executives into the C-suites of some of the world’s most recognizable companies. Again and again, we saw talented leaders struggle when boards didn’t fully understand the dynamics of modern technology, or couldn’t engage in a strategic, future-focused way.
What was missing was not intelligence or intent—it was access to the right insights, at the right altitude.
That’s why we built this company: to equip boards with the clarity and confidence they need to govern technology wisely.
We translate complex topics—technology strategy, business models, talent, risk, innovation—into crisp, readable concepts that directors can absorb quickly and apply meaningfully. We help boards ask better questions, spot hidden risks, and steer their organizations with more foresight and less friction.
Because we believe good governance of technology isn’t a luxury. It’s a survival skill.
And we’re here to make sure board directors have what they need to lead with conviction.
